These terms apply to the JunkCleaner app. JunkCleaner is made by "TIMUS" LLC. By installing or using JunkCleaner you agree to them. Contact: info@timus.uz.

1. What the app does

JunkCleaner shows where your disk space went, explains what each item is, and deletes only what you select and confirm. You decide what is deleted; deleted data may not be recoverable, so review the list before you confirm and keep backups of important data.

2. Licence

You may use JunkCleaner on your own Macs. If a paid version is offered, its licence terms will be published on this page before sales open, and purchases will be processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record.

3. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer any licence check, remove copyright notices, or use JunkCleaner in violation of the law.

4. No warranty

JunkCleaner is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of data you chose to delete, and our total liability for any claim related to JunkCleaner is limited to the amount you paid for it (if any).

6. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
