Delete your TimCleaner data

TimCleaner is operated by "TIMUS" LLC.

TimCleaner has no login, so your data is linked only to an anonymous account on your device.

In the app: open Settings → "Delete my data". The account is anonymised immediately and cannot be recovered; you can also choose to delete the contact backups kept on your phone.
Without the app: write to info@timus.uz from any address and include your Account ID (Settings → Account ID, tap to copy). We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted or anonymised: the link between the account and your device, the device identifiers and the content of your support and diagnostic reports. Usage events remain only without any link to you.
What is kept: accounting ledger rows without any link to a person, and purchase records that we are required to keep for tax and refund purposes. Your photos, videos and contacts were never on our servers, so there is nothing to delete there.
