14-day refund

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. Purchases are processed by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, and refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method.

How to ask for a refund

1. Write to info@timus.uz from the email you used to buy and include your order number, or
2. use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or contact Paddle buyer support at paddle.net.

After a refund the license is no longer valid and may not be used. The free version of TimPlay keeps working, and your settings and files are not affected.

After 14 days

We consider refunds after 14 days case by case — for example if a bug prevents you from using a Pro feature that we cannot fix. Just write to us.
