Terms of Use

Draft · Last updated: 2026-10-05

This document is provided in English. Draft — it will be finalized before sales open.

These terms apply to the TimPlay app and TimPlay Pro licenses. TimPlay is made by "TIMUS" LLC. By installing or using TimPlay you agree to them. Contact: info@timus.uz.

1. The app

TimPlay is free to download and use. Pro features are unlocked for the first 3 days on which you use the app, and after that with a paid TimPlay Pro license.

2. Pro license

  • A license is a one-time purchase that unlocks Pro features in TimPlay. It is not a subscription.
  • The license is for your personal use. Do not share, resell or publish your license key. [NUMBER OF MACS PER LICENSE — TO CONFIRM]
  • Updates within the same major version are included. [UPDATE POLICY — TO CONFIRM]
  • Keys that were obtained fraudulently, refunded or published publicly are not valid licenses, and future versions of TimPlay may refuse them.

3. Purchases and refunds

Orders are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), our reseller and Merchant of Record, which handles payment, taxes, invoices and refunds. Paddle’s buyer terms apply to the purchase. See our refund policy.

4. Open-source components

TimPlay includes open-source libraries (such as mpv and FFmpeg) under their own licenses, which take precedence for those components. See open-source notices.

5. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer the license check, remove copyright notices, or use TimPlay in violation of the law. You are responsible for the media you play.

6. No warranty

TimPlay is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do our best to keep it reliable but cannot guarantee that it works with every file, device or network.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to TimPlay is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

8. Changes and governing law
