Rivo RC is operated by "TIMUS" LLC.

These terms cover Rivo RC and what you are responsible for when you use it. Using the app means you accept them.

The app

Rivo RC turns a phone into a remote control for a smart TV on the same Wi-Fi network. It talks to the TV over your local network; the brands listed in the app are named only to identify the TV platform, and all brand names and logos belong to their owners.

Purchases

Subscription options and prices are shown in the app before purchase.

Fair use

You may only use Rivo RC with devices you are entitled to control. You may not reverse engineer the app or use it to gain access to a device that is not yours.

The app is provided as is

Rivo RC is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it correct, but we do not promise that it will work with every TV model, and we are not liable beyond what the law requires.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version is published here with a new effective date.
